Problem
Gamers Guild had great events, but no connective tissue between them.
Insight
Games are better in person. A community needs a consistent space, not just occasions.
Solution
A recurring in-person tabletop RPG series that gave members a reason to keep showing up.

The No.2 Active Club on Campus
Gamers Guild was at an all-time high. Through high-energy events, the club was steadily becoming one of the most active on campus — but only in bursts. How do we keep that soul alive between events?

Small Groups, Large Worlds.
Our games had epic music, larger-than-life storytelling, and unpredictable dice rolls that made sure players had fun — even in defeat.

Game Master Training
As sessions grew, so did player ambition. We ran two GM classes in early 2024, covering game formats, improv, and narrative tips for students who wanted to run their own tables.

The Critical Success Awards
November 2024 marked one year of Tabletop Tavern. It was a monumental lookback and celebration of the players and people who made it all work.
Results
The pilot program became permanent. Regulars started organising meetups, game discussions, and their own chaos outside of official sessions. Today, Gamers Guild is recognised as one of the most active clubs on campus. In fact, it is often top-of-mind within BAC College Clubs' hobbies and entertainment category.
We didn't grow because of more events. We grew because we built a community that finds belonging in itself.
